NSVSoft began developing NSVCad in 2019 with a clear goal: to simplify fire sprinkler system design and help engineers produce accurate, NFPA-compliant plans more efficiently within AutoCAD.
Today, NSVSoft provides an advanced AutoCAD plugin for fire protection design that helps engineers save time on plan preparation, sprinkler layout, and system calculations based on NFPA standards.
NSVCad is designed to automate repetitive drafting tasks, improve design accuracy, reduce manual errors, and support faster delivery of compliant fire protection projects. By combining industry expertise with intelligent automation, the plugin enables designers to focus more on engineering decisions and less on repetitive CAD work.
This industry expertise is rooted in our highly qualified development team, which is led by NFPA-certified engineering professionals. Our Founder and CEO, Hesam Tavoosi, is the world’s first holder of the Certified Water-Based Systems Professional (CWBSP) designation (Certification No. CWBSP-18-01), as well as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) and CSITMS holder. Furthermore, key engineering team members Rahil Kiaghadi and Saber Gholipour are also CSITMS certified.
Since its inception, NSVCad has continued to evolve through real-world project experience and feedback from fire protection professionals, delivering practical solutions that increase productivity while maintaining compliance with NFPA requirements.
